26 Apr Gearing Up For a Big Summer!
I have fared well this past year. Just over a year ago I played my first curbside concerts. In addition to these, I played wedding ceremonies and receptions for some smaller gatherings, as well as some backyard concerts. I must mention that audiences were very kind and generous and I was sad to see the warm weather end.
However as the warm season wrapped up, I ramped up my abilities as a ballet class accompanist. In addition to ballet and church, which are longstanding institutions enriched by music, I’ve entertained regularly with my acoustic at New Albany Country Club and Black Brick Bar, a.k.a. the Short North Donatos. Now as the ballet year comes to a short summer break, I’m happy to share I will play and sing regularly at Pearl Market downtown on Gay Street and Hopyard 62 in Grove City. These two places are both outside venues.
I’ll share more details soon, but wanted to let you know there will be opportunities for you to hear me play. As always, I hope I can play for you,the right song at the right time!
